You will need to bring closed-toe shoes and some form of I.D., we will provide everything else.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can contact us by phone or e-mail (preferred) at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments may only be rescheduled once, any changes after the first reschedule will incur a fee. If you wish to make changes to an appointment less than 48 hours until your appointment time, we will have to charge 30% of your appointment cost for reschedules, and 40% for cancellations. No call, no shows will not receive any refunds, if you contact us after your appointment is scheduled to start, it will be considered a no call, no show. It costs us time, effort, and resources to prepare each appointment.
